How it Works

It SHOULD work just like this. If you have any troubles, just contact us and we will get everything worked out.

Add the products that you want to your cart and check out. After you pay through paypal, click the ‘return to merchant’ link. It will send you back to us and you will see your download links immediately.

For Customized Orders: Add the templates you want to your cart and for every template you want customized, add the $15 ‘customize’ product to your order. When you check out you will see a form to enter in the details of your event. You will receive your print ready customized file within 24 hours of purchase. In most cases it just takes an hour or two. – You will also receive a non-customized template available for immediate download.

** If you are having more than one file customized or if you did not see the form to enter your event details, we will contact you to get the details of your event(s). **

All of our files are either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator Templates – you must have Photoshop or Illustrator (or compatible software) to edit these files. If you would like the template in another format just contact us with the details and we will convert it for you. Converting into WORD format will incur a $15 customization fee.
